Probably the most exclusive support by far: in the creation process of the book I created a limited edition of 5, which with the dimensions of 250mm x 340 individually weigh about 3.6 kilograms. This limited edition still had 484 pages (instead of 320) and thus also includes all the outtakes, which are not included in the commercial edition. 4/5 are already gone, but 1 is actually still available.
