1.8. Hotjar

On our website (public parts only) we use the web analytics tool Hotjar in order to better understand the needs of our users and to optimize the site’s offers. It provides us with insights into our users’ experiences (such as how much time users spend on which pages, which links they click, what they like and don’t like etc.).

In the process of this, cookies are stored on the users’ computers in order to collect data on user behavior and their terminal devices.
