El Cuyo is famous for the «Flamenco Rosa» - visit them in their natural habitat. Guide Memo will take you and up to 4 friends on a boat trip on the salt water lagoon La Ría. He will tell you about the nature reserve, the mangroves, El Cuyo and its history... And he'll tell you all about the flamingos. And he has quite a few of them, we promise.

There are as many palm trees in El Cuyo as there are sands by the sea - and hence, as many palm leaves. They are all burned - even though they would be valuable food for compost. But to compost them, the fibres have to be shredded. We need a shredder to do this. Would you like to be its godmother*godfather? Then the machine will get your name - and you will get a video of it in action

We want to transport at least 300 compost bins per week - a three-wheeled cargo motorcycle will help us. We have the possibility to buy the used motorcycle «Hercules» (see picture in the slideshow) - if you help us, it will soon bear your name.
