In this half-day workshop, Jutta Jerlich and Christian Wohlwend demonstrate with the VERD-example what it takes to break through existing structures and ways of thinking and to create genuine innovation. Based on these insights, you will work together to conduct an initial check of your company’s innovation fitness level. By the end, you will know where you stand in terms of innovation capability and will have concrete starting points for stepping it up.

About the speakers:
Jutta has been working in the fields of innovation, entrepreneurship and ecosystem development for three decades. She regards the fostering of creativity, interdisciplinary collaboration and intrinsic motivation as key prerequisites for developing ideas. As an expert in creative thinking and collaborative working, she creates learning environments – including at TU Wien – where people feel confident to try out new things.
Christian has many years of experience as an HR and Operations Manager. He is the initiator of VERD – a social innovation that is unique worldwide.
