Wild Harvest & Rustic Cooking Workshop in the Meadows of Arbaz-Anzère 🌿
As a healer, nurse, and a certified mountain guide, Anne Rey offers an introduction to wild plants, where you will learn to recognize, use, and cook with them, as well as discover their medicinal properties. This experience is suitable for families, friends, professional outings, or school excursions.
This offer is also possible and adapted for people with reduced mobility and for nature activities in retirement homes, institutions, and associations.
So, are you ready for a discovery walk or a wild plant gathering followed by an aperitif and a rustic meal? Embark on an adventure from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, enjoy an easy walk with a 300m elevation gain, and prepare various plant-based dishes with the harvested herbs, flowers, and seeds.
What to bring: mountain shoes, weather-appropriate hiking attire, a small picnic, 2-3 fabric bags, 1-2 small lidded containers, and a Swiss army knife.
Limited to a group of maximum 6 participants, this all-inclusive experience includes organization, guidance on harvesting flora, recipes, and an aperitif meal.
