Not only that, you benefit from my wealth of experience in movement patterns, tips and tricks - and very specific training, tailored to your level of training. Whether top rope or lead, a whole day is dedicated to your needs, your questions and to you on the rock.

You are invited with a topic that is close to your heart or on your mind. Are you at a turning point and looking for an impulse? The groundhog keeps greeting you every day and you are going round in circles? You have a job offer, but your current position is not bad either?
These and many other issues can be projected from the inner world into the room during a group process constellation. And it shows in an almost unbelievable way how connected we humans are to each other. Intersubjectivity allows us not only to consciously perceive the inner parts of our fellow human beings, but also to receive impulses from subconscious areas. Process constellations are characterised by dense energy and supporting experiences that lead to lasting processes of change.
I invite you to bring your topic to the group. Included is an approx.
30-minute preliminary talk by telephone, the constellation led by me in the group and refreshments at the open buffet.
The constellation weekend will begin on Saturday morning with an introductory session and end on Sunday at around 6 pm. If you are travelling there is the possibility to spend the night in the practice, sleeping bag provided.
Please note: The constellation weekend takes place from 8 participants :-)

We start on a Saturday by travelling together. And start with an introductory climb on a crag of your choice (or my suggestion). Afterwards: would you like a project? Climbing routes at the level of enjoyment of your choice? Work on your weak points when climbing? There's room for everything.
After the work is done, we can relax, go out for pizza (2 x included) or enjoy my freshly prepared meal. Everything is taken care of.
On the rest day, perhaps a little swimming fun on Lake Maggiore or in the Maggia? An espresso on the beach in Locarno - certo!
