Just for connoisseurs: a prehistoric cookery course in Biel! During one afternoon, discover the mysteries of a simple, creative and healthy prehistoric cooking. We shall put together a meal made with local wild plants, grains, meat and fish. We will decide together what will be eaten: salads, steamed fish with bread, wild vegetable fritters with goat cheese, lentils with beer, mushroom-ragout and grilled meat with a fruit sauce, and nut cakes or honey cookies to finish with.
