    The remaining amount will be made available to associations in Marseille dedicated to the local population in Marseilles hit by the crisis and further weakened by the COVID situation. The amount will support actions on education, health and housing for people with the greatest needs. The funding will of course be presented transparently once the budget target has been reached.
