If the two-day Workshop at the steam railway is to much, then This starter Workshop is the right thing. You will learn how to make a ferrotype/tintype from scratch. you will be able to make 4-5 Plates during this 8 hours certainly Lunch and my Book on the Collodion process ist provided to.

You will have the ultimate chance to take part in a 2-day workshop from 25th-26th Nov. 17. This workshop will be held in the historic station hall from Basle build in 1860. Since a few years the station hall is now a part of the DVZO steam Railway at Bauma in Zurich Oberland. With their permission we're allowed to take Pictures in and around the marvelous original building and the Wagons. We will photograph on glass plates from 5/7" up to 30 x 40 cm.
