Relish.ch home made is a confit made from cucumber, onion, sugar as well as peppers, a touch of chilli, apple vinegar, lots of spices and above all lots of love. ❤️
To be eaten with meat, fish, tartare, vegetables, cheeses, foie gras, raclette, hamburgers, hotdogs, tapas, crisps... only your imagination will set the limits.
Our Relish is handcrafted, made from fresh produce.
For 100 kilos of vegetables we only produce 30 kilos of Relish.
The particularity of our Relish, first of all, is a rigorous choice of fresh vegetables.
For the peppers we use: reds, yellows and oranges to give it taste and above all a nice color. The particularity of our Relish and its exceptional taste lies in the balanced blend of spices, but also and above all in its preparation and cooking, but this remains THE manufacturing secret...
We need 2 days for each preparation and then we let it mature for at least 2 weeks in our cellar so that it takes on all these aromas.
All our jars are sterilized and pasteurized.
Only natural products without coloring and without preservatives
Consumed as quickly as possible but as slowly as necessary, closed in the dark, it can be kept for 1 year, opened in the fridge, it can be kept for several months.
