Journaliste culinaire, Siméon Calame rêve de faire vivre le terroir romand autrement. Magazine papier, repas fous, ateliers: il crée un projet unique, valorisant les produits et les gens d'ici.

Nous voulons transformer notre petit salon en table de haute gastronomie, où l’objectif numéro 1 sera de vous faire plaisir avec un soin à la personne de haute qualité.

Avec « Obsi mitm Sozi », je combine ma formation de guide de montagne avec le travail social. Grâce à des expériences en montagne, j'aide les jeunes et les adultes à renforcer leur développement.
