If my crowdfunding campaign exceeds the funding target of 9'999.- CHF by at least 500.- CHF, your contribution of 90.- CHF will flow into the production of Swiss German versions (to be published at a later date) and your name will then be mentioned in the liner notes or in the digital booklet. If the funding target is barely reached, your contribution flows into the current production. If at a later date I will be able to produce Swiss German versions your name will still be mentioned.

You will receive an all-in-one-package for more inner peace: We meet in a small group at my yoga room for a quiet meditation (no experience necessary), followed by gentle stretching and mindful movement exercises. We take time to reflect on tranquility and there is room for a sharing if desired. Then we go into a guided body scan and I will sing a few songs and play live meditative piano music for you to enjoy during final relaxation. Closing with a cup of tea.

Duration approx. 90 minutes. We'll find a date and time that suits everyone (more than one date if more than six people sign up). *You can get two admissions for yoga or two for a concert instead of one each. You may choose to ask a friend to join you and redeem both admissions on one day.

The sessions take place in Basel, can also be used as a piano or improvisation lesson and must be redeemed until 31.5.2020. This offer does not contain a CD.

Surprise your best friend with a private yoga class just for the two of you. Experience a pleasurable, invigorating Hatha yoga class by candlelight with meditative live piano music and guided deep relaxation at my yoga room. I’ll cover you with soft blankets for the final relaxation and then serve you a cup of tea and fresh fruit. After this I’ll retreat to my own room and you can spend a few more minutes by yourselves. Includes CD ’Quiet Space Inside’ and download link for both of you.

Duration: 90 minutes. You only need to bring comfortable training clothes - everything else will be provided. No previous knowledge necessary. Less yoga/more relaxation upon request.

You will receive my albums ’Be The Change’ and ’Quiet Space Inside’* including download links. As well as your very own Self-Care Manual (pdf), which we create together.

During our session we will explore everything you believe is good for you but needs more space in your life than is currently reserved for it. I ask simple questions and take notes. You will choose the most important words and write them down or paint them (choice of acrylic paint, water colours, felt pens etc.). We'll add pictures so you can easily remember the results of our session in everyday life. You take home with you what you create and will receive a pdf with your keywords and photos by email a few days later. This is your personal Self-Care Manual.

The manual also contains summaries of my songs in the form of affirmations (simple, quote style guiding principles). So you can easily find the right song for every situation. Each song addresses a significant self-care aspect.

As an appendix the manual contains a list with books about the topic and other helpful inputs for self-care in everyday life.

Description: Come as you are, take a break from everything else and feed your imagination and your sense of self with inspired reflection and calming music. Use these contemplative concerts as a moment to close the weekend, or to consciously center yourself for Monday. Experience this gentle offering any way you like: Take it all in or let it roll past like the landscape on a hike in nature.

Social interaction not required. Depending on your preference you may close the evening in silence or in conversation with other participants over a cup of tea.
