In a small group of up to 3 people, we spend the afternoon and evening in Kandersteg on quiet walks, walking meditations, contemplation and sitting meditation in the Catholic Church, Reformed Church, and depending on the possibilities also in a small Buddhist Monastery Dhammapala.

You will be accompanied personally by our founder - avid mountaineer Milos in a hike of your choice in the surroundings of Kandersteg. Perhaps a visit to Oeschinensee or up to Sunnbüel, there are plenty of other options available too, the choice is yours.
