Sanjay Kharel, extraordinary yoga teacher and excellent Ayurvedic therapist, dreams of setting up a clinic in the countryside outside Kathmandu. Sanjay is worthy of our trust
I lived and worked in Nepal for five years after my studies at the ETHZ, then returned to Switzerland where I still run the NGO Kam For Sud (www.kamforsud.org), which I founded in 1998 with a group of trusted people. However, this initiative does not concern the association, it is of an entirely personal nature, as I have known Sanjay for many years and consider his work extraordinary. I would like to help him acquire the necessary land for the construction of the new Ayurveda clinic surrounded by greenery, on a hilltop in the Bhaktapur district. Currently Sanjay already runs a clinic in the city centre, in a rented building, where he and his team provide specific therapies and offer Panchakarma purification treatment for up to 3 residents at a time. In the future, he would like to keep the clinic in town for outpatient treatment to Kathmandu residents, while the new clinic will accommodate those who wish to follow Panchakarma. I am launching this crowdfunding by making myself a guarantor of the seriousness of the project, because I know that the trust in Sanjay is well placed: he is a wise, honest, profound, competent and visionary therapist.
