This is what it's all about.
State of emergency in the Swiss care industry: shortage of skilled workers, poorly and hardly trained staff, quality shortage!
A new e-learning platform, CareProcess, was founded to support the often overburdened nursing staff directly in their everyday work. With mobile learning, CareProcess wants to contribute to a sustainable and qualitative change.
With CareProcess, an innovative eLearning platform is to be created that supports nursing staff with knowledge and practical examples on site.
We have found that in practice there is often uncertainty as to how actions are carried out correctly. Possible reasons are the skill-grade mix with different functions as well as different training and courses of study from Germany and abroad. Different professional experiences from different care fields, a lack of routine in rare care activities and the rapid further development of the nursing sciences also contribute to this. To make matters worse, the shortage of skilled workers is reducing time resources and also has an impact on the introduction of new employees and practical training.
Unfortunately, there is no uniform platform in the care landscape that would enable everyone involved to quickly clarify action-related questions. Current care videos are difficult to find, their validity can hardly be checked and they often contain errors. This is where the mobile application CareProcess comes in: It is available to nursing staff at all times and enables easy access to up-to-date and well-founded knowledge. Clearly structured courses of action, photos and video sequences can eliminate uncertainties and avoid potential care errors. The resources of the nursing staff are strengthened and a direct transfer into practice is greatly simplified.
CareProcess eLearning project is special because ...
The CareProcess mobile application is available to caregivers at all times, allowing easy access to up-to-date and in-depth knowledge.
This is what we need backing for.
We need your support now to make mobile learning possible and to develop the new eLearning tool with over 400 courses of action in 12 different languages.
