What is AgoFiesta about?
In this 7th edition of the festival that starts on the 21ths of August 2026 we invite you to embark on a journey into Argentine folklore with our exceptional artists.
We await you in Kiental in Swiss Alps with the following activities: introduction class to Argentinian couple and group dances, meals, peña and guitarreada, live music and dance performances, mountain hikes and picnic.
We wish to keep the event affordable for participants of any income or traveling from regions with less favorable economical situation than Switzerland. We believe that it will encourage visits of dancers & musicians from abroad and offer an opportunity for the international community of Argentinian Folklore in Europe to come together.
This year AgoFiesta:
• takes place at an amazing location, in the proximity of the UNESCO heritage site in Griesalp, • lasts for a whole week-end, • offers housing and meals for 50 participants, • invites exceptional artists to share their talent with us during the whole event.
However, to make this ambitious program a reality this year we need your support!

In the past six years AgoFiesta has gathered wonderful human beings from all over Europe 
We have teamed up for cooking, for maintaining and decorating the area 
Enjoyed life music and danced till dawn and the amazing mountains views 
Besides the knowledge transmitted in workshops we learned so much about each other!

Despite rising costs we are committed to keeping AgoFiesta accessible to everyone. By raising funds, we aim to ensure that this unique event remains affordable and at the same time we can offer quality food, accommodation, gathering space and life music to the community.
The money raised will primarily cover expenses for the artists, venue rental, and healthy food. Additionally this year we need to renew our sound equipment and add the microphone. Your support is crucial in helping us maintain the inclusive spirit of the festival and continue to create magical moments through music, dance, and art.
