This is what our campaign is all about
We are Diana and Georgine, the founders of D.FACTORY: The D.FACTORY was opened in 2021 as a pop-up on the premises of the SBB workshops in Zurich Altstetten. A unique location with a unique character and concept. A gym for functional fitness, weightlifting, mobility and personal training, of course. And like many others. But then what makes us so unique? Above all, D.FACTORY should always be a place where EVERYONE finds their place and feels welcome. Sport should be fun and that’s much easier in a «feel-good environment». Now Pop Up #01 is coming to an end and before we can move into our permanent dream location in January 2023, we will remain true to the PopUp idea. With the first outdoor functional fitness location in Zurich. The D.FACTORY off-site. But of course there will still be our functional fitness group classes. For this we have teamed up with uego’s since March. But that is not the primary concern here.
What is special about our project
The special feature of the D.FACTORY is, in addition to the very popular group classes (from March to summer in uego’s Zurich), above all to cover the needs of a so-called open gym. This means fully equipped workstations for all athletes who need a regular place for their individual training. At our open-air location, the «open» is really important: no matter what time you want to train, no matter what equipment you want to work out with, no matter what sport exactly. Weightlifting, functional training/crossfit or powerlifting - everyone is welcome.
This is what we need backing for
With your help, we can continue to develop D.FACTORY in the way that is best for you: whether training indoors in a group or outdoors alone, there is always something for you. The money from the campaign goes directly into the construction of the outdoor location with app-operated doors, training equipment and the necessary facilities. We can guarantee the rent and maintenance of the location for at least one year. Of course, every supporter also gets something so that you can enjoy the D.FACTORY directly. Be it e.g. with a free course and another 7 entries in our outdoor location or 1-, 3- or 6-month free entry to the off-site - there is something for everyone here too.
