Hi! My name is...
My name is Vedi (Artistname: Soundfume) and i am a music producer from Villach. A city in Carinthia in Austria.
Project
My target is the production of a new Album and I need your support to make this happen. I cant really tell how much time I will spent with my new production (probably 6 to 12 months) because I always keep one thing on my mind: I want to produce awesome music (and good things need time). And because of that I hope that this will also give you ambition as it gives me the power to create new music/to make new productions.
With my financial goal it is possible for me to make a 2 month production. But i want every supporter to win on this so i decided to send all my supporters (that donate 30 Euro) a handsigned copy of my first album «Eight». The Cd is shown on the projectpicture. Story
Two years ago I turned my home into a small music studio. I approached music in a new way and created a lot of compositions on my own.
On August 2012 I released my first Album «Eight» with 18 tracks. I made everything on my own. From the melodies (composing, mixing & mastering) to the design of the cover and a lot of more things. Since then I went on tour through austria and made a lot of interviews and presentations of my first album in one-on-one conversations with people that would find interest in me and my music. My first album «Eight» already has something about 3000 buyers. These people have prelistened and appreciated my work. I made pictures with the buyers so that real people can promote my music with me which I have uploaded on my facebook page.
How do you produce your music?
I use «Fruity Loops» (also known as FL Studio) as my standard DAW and i have been using it over 10 years for all of my productions. My interest in 3d design software such as «Blender 3d» has also helped me to create my logos and will help me in the future to design my products. I also have painting experience so i try to educate myself in every possible way to find new ways in making art/music.
The Future
I have a lot of ideas for my upcoming productions: I plan to make my third album as a selfmade 3d designed Usbstick. It will look like a pendant and will satisfy my customers with the look and sound of something precious but it will also offer the usability of a mass storage device and the songs on it will speak for me as a musician and again – promote my music.
What is the important thing about your music?
I try to orientate myself on two major principles that i call the essence of my music: I want to have fun on my productions and I want to create music with great potential.
Prepare yourself
In the workprocess of this crowdfundingproject I created a video in which you can see me combine my art and music to something extraordinary. This video gives you the sound of my music as well as it shows you the workprocess on one of my paintings. And i also sing the vocals on that song.
