Support basic needs of kids and families of Women in Brothel, Delhi
Something very deep stayed within a close friend RJ Divya from India when she had a chat with Kat-Katha. When a woman enters a brothel, her LOCKDOWN starts forever. The sexworkers in the brothels of G B Road face abuse, violence and despair for years! I also know that we will all have a different attitude towards the same ! But it is also true that of almost 2000 women locked up in there, there are many mothers, kids and of course others who need our help today! For food, hygiene, ration and with social distancing being the new normal, maybe some help in finding alternate careers!
Mother will do all that she can to get child everything! and I think to begin, little contributions will really be a BIG help! It doesn’t matter how much can you give, your care does:)
They dont hace access to sanitary Pads, formula milk for Kids and a social activist Kiran Verma from Noida India recently collected funds and made these basics available to them by visiting the so called red light area of a Big and Ultra Modern City, New Delhi where humans still have to indulge in such professions to survive but are avoided when crisis like this occurs as noone finds it respectful to talk about them.

This is what I need backing for.
Along with our friend who runs community kitchen in Noida India and RJ Divya, we are working on providing food to more than 2000 people everyday in Noida and Delhi however due to some reasons, Women living in Brothel in G B Nagar, Delhi are still deprived of these basic needs as they cant come out in queues to collect food. We need funds to have special arrangements and food with other sanitary essentials in place for these families
