What it is about?
Green Ambassador – the modern solution to urban gardening. If you’ve ever had your own garden to tend to, you know how time-intensive even just a small plant of basil can be. Out of this frustration, Green Ambassador was created. It is a smart and beautiful gardening solution, which fits easily onto any wall and transforms it into an urban oasis.
Intelligent watering
Green Ambassador uses an intelligent humidity-sensor in the soil, which determines if the plants need watering. When the soil is too dry this activates the water pump, which then distributes the water. Thanks to the clever design, the water is evenly distributed among all plants – and excess water flows back into the water tank. This creates an eco-friendly recycling loop, guaranteeing that no water is wasted.
Eco-friendly
One of the top priorities while designing Green Ambassador was to have a sustainable solution. This is why it runs on a highly efficient solar panel, which harnesses the power of the sun to water your plants. To guarantee that Green Ambassador also runs on days with little to no sun, any surplus energy that’s collected is stored in a durable battery pack.
Sleek and modern design
Green Ambassador is the outcome of many different prototypes, and the final design is sleek and modern. It comes in a silver-metallic finish, which delivers a beautiful contrast to the green herbs or colourful flowers witch are planted on it. Thanks to its light weight, it can be easily mounted to any wall and brings some green to balconies, gardens, apartments and homes. We use high quality and durable materials, and all of our products are designed, built and assembled by hand right here in Zurich, Switzerland.
Vision
For me, Green Ambassador is the first step on a road to a greener community. I am launching this campaign to share my innovation – but also to raise enough money to start a small collective in which the goal is to make urban landscapes greener. There are already a lot of ideas in my mind and I can’t wait to get started on the next project – in Zurich, Switzerland or the world.

#1 Support
For everyone who wants to support our vision: A modern plant pot in the iconic Green Ambassador design, with durable suction cups. Thanks to these, it can easily be mounted anywhere you like. Green up your kitchen, bathroom, window or any other place with a flat surface and become a part of our movement! Please note that this is a regular plant pot – it does not include any of the technology features of our other Green Ambassadors. Pictures of this can be found in the Prototype Gallery. #2 Green Ambassador Light
With its narrow design the Green Ambassador Light fits perfectly on any wall that needs a bit more green. Includes all the functions and features that make our Green Ambassador Original so great.
