Long Covid, chronic fatigue, atypical depression, or classic burnout: many people are on the brink, functioning only with immense effort, unable to express emotions—or if they do, it’s often feelings of failure. For those around them, the suffering often remains invisible and incomprehensible, requiring additional explanation.
In his first solo work, Sebastian Zuber combines dance and digital art to tell a story not only of despair and the struggle for hope but also of human resilience and gratitude for a healthy body.

Following site-specific works such as «Accalia» (2016) at Stellwerk Basel, «Industrial Seagrass» (2018) at Galerie von Bartha Basel, and «Shallow Waters» (2022) at Filter4 Basel, «Honeymoon» will be Zuber’s first major solo work in a black box setting.
