The Chalet Coworking in Leysin is an innovative project to convert a historic building dating from 1838, the Chalet de l’Entraide, into a shared, connected workspace. Carefully renovated by the commune of Leysin, the chalet combines heritage preservation with a response to the new needs of modern professionals.

Inspired by the legacy of Dr Rollier and his approach to mountain wellness, Chalet Coworking aims to create an atmosphere conducive to collaboration, creativity and personal fulfillment. Modern offices, relaxation areas, top-of-the-range equipment - everything has been designed to offer members a complete space in which to work and recharge their batteries.

But that’s not all. Chalet Coworking is committed to supporting the local economy, working closely with local producers, hoteliers and tourism operators. With its events and convivial after-work sessions, it’s a lively place of inspiration and exchange.

Stage 1 (CHF 25,000) - Comfort :

• Furniture for offices and work areas (height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs)
• Multimedia equipment for the conference room

Stage 2 (CHF 45,000) - Comfort Plus :

• Additional furniture for lounge and relaxation areas
• Practical equipment (water dispenser, beer dispenser)
• Individual 4K screens for each workspace

Stage 3 (CHF 70,000) - Total Comfort :

• Furniture for coaching rooms and meeting spaces
• Digital signage and projection screens for the multi-purpose room
• Creation of an exclusive «Le Chalet» beer for community events
