Solidary trekking to fight Breast Cancer !

Les Roses du Léman: one team, three hikers, a solidarity trek in Portugal to support the association Ruban Rose which fights against breast cancer!

In Switzerland, breast cancer affects 6200 women every year. Let’s unite for the early prevention and fight against breast cancer!

For the first time this year, the Désertour association is organizing an all-female orienteering trek to support the fight against breast cancer, all in an eco-responsible and solidarity-based approach. Three girlfriends since the age of 16, we now meet again 10 years later to embark on this adventure. The values of support, prevention of women’s health as well as the protection of the environment are dear to us. All three of us love to travel and discover new places, so the Rose Trip was made for us! Let us introduce ourselves in a few words: Our first trekker is Emilie, 26 years old, chemical engineer and passionate about travel and baking. Voluntary and intrepid, she likes to discover new cultures, explore and share good times with her entourage. Our second trekker is Laurie, 26 years old, architect explorer and experienced swimmer. She loves sporting challenges and surpassing herself. Our last trekker, Juliette, 26 years old, data analyst and passionate yogi, loves above all to explore in search of a place to read a novel in front of a beautiful landscape.

Our goal is to raise funds to pay for the trek and make a donation to Ruban Rose and Cap Eco Solidaire, the associations supported by Désertour. Help us participate in this beautiful event! There is no small support, a little help from you is a step forward in the fight against breast cancer.
