My first album
My name is Maddy Rose and I am passionate about putting my mind and feelings into melodies. Songwriting has been a part of my life for a very long time and I want to share with you what means the most to me. I have been dreaming about releasing my first ever album and now it is finally time! With these 10 songs I aim to stay true to myself and create authentic Soul and Pop music. Be part of this journey!
Why is this album so unique?
1st: FEMALE MUSICAINS
The songs recorded on the album will be played by ONLY FEMALE musicians. Cello, Piano, Violin and lots of vocals! 10 songs featuring heartfelt and pure Soul and Pop music. On stage or behind the stage - Women in music have always been underrated since it’s a very male dominated music industry. I want to highlight Women in music, featuring very talented female musicians from Vienna.
2nd: ACOUSTIC MUSIC
I aim to express a lot of emotions through the pureness and beauty of live instruments. The warmth of a cello, the sweetness of the violin, the strength of a double bass and lots of emotive vocals will show what real honest music is all about.
3rd: PURELY MY OWN IDEAS
After having worked with many producers I experienced that the end result was not my own work anymore, I gave up a little bit of myself every time in the process of the recordings and re-arranging of songs. NOW I want to make it my own and stay true to myself
