HUMANERGY Online Session
HUMANERGY is a frequency-based relaxation method that can accompany you very well, especially in difficult and stressful times. You don't have a task, you just get to relax, listen to my voice and the music and then let the benefits convince you.

How does a session work?
The group session is broadcast live via Zoom. You start completely relaxed lying on your mat. The camera is focused on your whole body. We start with a guided meditation and afterwards music is played in certain frequencies. Let the music work on you, perceive what is happening and open yourself to the process without expectations. You have no tasks, you just let everything flow through you. Whatever may come - allow it, let it release and do not suppress it. Everything flows as it is good for you.
