Every unforgettable evening starts with one person behind the bar.
My name is Spiros Platnaris, and for more than 25 years I have dedicated my life to hospitality.
Every day I have welcomed guests from all over the world, listened to their stories, celebrated their happiest moments and created experiences they still remember today.
For years I helped build other people’s dreams.
Now, for the first time in my life, I want to build my own.
I am asking you to become part of that journey.

My dream
My dream is to open a 40-seat neighbourhood cocktail bar in Lucerne, Switzerland.
Not another loud bar.
Not another tourist trap.
I want to create a place where people genuinely feel welcome.
A place where every guest is greeted by name, every cocktail is prepared with care and every visit feels personal.
The atmosphere will combine Mediterranean warmth with Swiss quality, creating a relaxed space where locals, tourists and friends can enjoy exceptional cocktails and genuine hospitality. This This project is much bigger than opening another bar.
It is about proving that years of hard work, dedication and passion can become something lasting.
It is about creating a place where people feel welcome.
It is about building something my daughter can one day be proud of.
