What we wanted to live, we decided to create
Orion is a group of twenty childhood friends from the Geneva Champagne region who decided to create the festival they wished they’d had growing up.
For over a year, we’ve been building a music event from scratch to transform Bernex into a festive hub for one weekend.
On 18 and 19 September 2026 at Parc des Molliers, two stages will host over 2000 people. Expect rap, rock, pop and DJ sets from local and emerging artists, regional produce, an inclusive and eco-friendly vibe. Above all, pay-what-you-want entry – because we believe culture should be accessible to everyone, no exceptions.
A festival with a mission!
This isn’t your average festival. Behind every choice we’ve made lies an ambition: culture should be accessible to everyone, rooted in its community, and respectful of the environment.
From the start, we’ve set four priorities: accessibility, local roots, inclusivity, and ecology. Not just as buzzwords in a document, but as concrete choices guiding every decision we make.
Our pay-what-you-can entry is our strongest commitment. We refuse to let ticket prices stop anyone from experiencing culture. Everyone contributes what they can – that’s what makes this festival different.
Local and emerging artists on our stages reflect our belief in the talent right here in our region. It’s the same conviction that drives us to work with regional producers, because a festival grounded in its community simply makes more sense.
The idea is to create a space where all generations from the area come together naturally, without financial or social barriers. A welcoming place where everyone can be themselves and leave wanting to return.
We don’t make empty promises. Reusable tableware, waste sorting, local products – these are deliberate choices made from the outset, because putting on an event for 2,000 people means acting sustainably.
