Polar Pony - Skateboarding at Grosse Halle, Reitschule Bern
From 21st December 2023 until 20th January 2024 you can skate at Grosse Halle, Reitschule Bern. This year the skatepark will be open on three days a week from Wednesday to Friday. Additionally we have planned some special events for kids, FINTA-People and everyone interested in Skateboarding.
Also we will offer hot and cold drinks at our bar and there will be a chill out lounge.
With the Polar Pony-Project we want to create a dry and safe space for the Skate-Community and everyone, who wants to get into skateboarding.

My project is special because ...
In the city of Bern and nearby there are rarely opportunities to skate inside during the winter time. We want to change this!
The Polar Pony wants to create a platform for everyone who is interested in skateboarding and the skate culture. Especially we want to give a space to those who are just beginning their skate journey.
It is important for us to create a safe space for all human beings, no matter their ethnicity, orientation, skills, etc.
