Hello Christine,
Yes you are right. They are kept in an area of about 4 hectares. The reason why? Because, as explained in the campaign text, due to the climate change and especially the drought, there is a high risk of been perished in the nature for the animals.
This activity, by providing a completely safe place, is done to make sure that, at least these animals will survive if the situation yet again gets very serious.

I find it very generous of the family to make such a large area available to the animals. In the video, it seems as if the animals are locked in large enclosures. Is that so? And if so, why is it necessary? They are wild animals, aren't they?
