Group Moving Body Class ä
In order to show my gratitude you will be get the unique chance to participate in one of my Group Yoga or Contemporary Dance Improvisation Class. The Yoga class is based on Ashtanga. Each Yoga class contains Breathing Exercise (Prana), Physical Exercise (Asana) & Meditation (Nidra). Due to my half Indian roots, there is a strong spiritual focus in my teaching. Afterwards 2 years stay in Berlin. Over 20 years of work in hotel management, sales consulting and business administration. Since 2010 project management in art and culture.
