Hello Stefan, To assemble the do-it-yourself pullover, you should at minimum have a basic sewing machine that does a zigzag stitch, and basic sewing skills (i.e. you can sew straight lines and around curves). The pullover will have a more professional finish if it is sewn with an overlocker / serger. Yes, it is the same as the Pullover & abnehmbarer Kragen, but without the ’Kragen’.
