What is ?

I thought of something that can solve a very common problem in families all over the world, that of the difficulty in opening vacuum-packed glass jars, especially for the elderly who sometimes and unfortunately very often live alone and unable to take advantage of many products. It is true that there are various objects for this purpose, but all of them require considerable strength, which many people unfortunately do not have and are sometimes very complicated, I have thought of a simple tool, easy to use, practically without effort and above all safe in the ’use.

My project is special because ...

With my idea, a project born and conceived from a need, that of my 85-year-old mother, gives the possibility to all those people who today suffer from certain pathologies of the upper limbs in particular of the hands, such as arthritis, joint pain or other , to be able to become self-sufficient and to be able to use the products stored in jars at will, without ever having to give up a part of their domestic autonomy, without having to ask anyone for anything, perhaps with humility and shame. The products will be of two types, the mechanical one with little effort due to its lever system designed specifically to minimize effort and easy to use for everyone.

This is what I need backing for.

The idea has been around for some time, but then the onset of the current Covid situation and together, unfortunately, also the loss of my job, pushes me to take my own path even though I am 56 years old, I don’t want to stop. I want to give up, I don’t want to think that everything can be over just because you reach a certain age and no one would ever hire you, I am determined to carry out an idea that I have long had in mind, my finances are not the rosiest right now and I need real support from all of you.
