What is Tania's?
Hey there! Have you ever found yourself thinking that a restaurant can offer more? Or did you ever think that a lot of restaurants are out of date? So,I’m here to make things different!
I’m Tania and I want to change the world! Hmmm maybe not exactly the world, but definitely the existing concept of dining.
Well, you are not alone! Let me tell a bit about myself.
- I hold a degree in Hospitality Management and 2 other degrees
- I have recent experience in managing restaurants and a hotel in Switzerland
- I am a passionate traveler and food lover who is always eager to try new things
So, to sum it up: while comparing different restaurants I couldn’t help thinking the following. What if I take all my experience and do something extraordinary? Why we always need to import so much? Why can’t be kitchen simple but good at the same time? Why is it paid so much attention to the food, but nothing at all to the ambiance?
While having worked as a manager, I gathered experience. While traveling the world I gather ideas.
