Dearest WeMakeIt Supporters,

The Erlkings are delighted to share that our album project is officially completed and that the fruits of our mighty labour are on their way to you! Whether you bought a CD, download code, secret message or any other reward, you will be receiving it soon. We are very excited about how the CD turned out and we hope you enjoy the music as well as the 28 page illustrated booklet that goes with it!

The new album will be presented in all it’s Schubertian glory this Wednesday at the SargFabrik in Vienna where we will perform a full concert to celebrate. More information and tickets can be found here:

What happens now?Von The Erlkings, am 30.12.2015

With your help we have at last appeased the ghost of the mighty Franz Schubert and received the funding we need to record the first full length Erlkings album! You have all come to our aid and now our work begins. We are very pleased to announce that we have booked four days of recording at Wave Garden Studios (http://www.wavegarden.at/), one of Austria’s finest recordings studios, and will begin the sessions in mid-February.

We also had a long sit down with our brilliant illustrator/designer for the album, Jelio-Anton Stefanov, and we couldn’t be more excited about the art work he has planned. We can’t reveal too much now but suffice to say this CD is going to be as fun for your eyes as it will be for your ears.

Again, we are so grateful for your support and we will be working non-stop until we have fulfilled all orders and rewards. The plan is for everything to be finished by mid-April and to conclude the whole project with a release concert to which everyone is invited! We know it’s a long time to wait but we promise to make it worth it.
