Together for the autonomy and sustainable integration of isolated people
Lecture et Compagnie Association has been supported by women entrepreneurs for 28 years. The idea of creating this association came from the founder during a hospital visit to a friend who was in long-term convalescence. At the beginning the visits are peppered with conversations, but very quickly reading comes to brighten them up. This is where our founder becomes aware of the great loneliness that affects people; forced to slow down their activities or stop them completely due to illness or disability or age. To help isolated people, she decided to found the Association Lecture et Compagnie which she directed for 25 years before passing the torch to Kate, another woman entrepreneur, very sensitive to the social isolation of vulnerable people.
My project is special because...
The health situation has weakened the social fabric to the point that many already fragile people find themselves even further on the margins of society. Since the end of confinement, we have noticed that many people are in great social and financial need. We are receiving more and more requests, particularly from low-income people who can no longer afford this expense. We are committed to meeting this need, which is why we are asking you. Your valuable help allows us to make our services more accessible to people suffering from loneliness but also to fight against poverty and social exclusion.

Lecture et Compagnie offers free visits to isolated and low-income people. Each amount of CHF 56.00 that is given provides a free visit to the most deprived people. Your support comes as a direct aid to the most vulnerable.
