super friendly society presents «intro» - your newest riders magazine
We are designing an annual ski, snowboard, skate and surf magazine. We are appealing to the FLINTA community which naturally shows the versatility and variety of the ski, snowboard, skate- and surf scene. FLINTA* represents women, lesbians, inter, non-binary, trans and agender* and is the attempt to find an expression for a group of people who are not cis-male.
Super friendly society moves on the border of culture and sport and aim to connect the two. Contributions from artists and writers will spotlight our mission topics. We have professional skiers and snowboarders from Switzerland, Austria and America on board who have already sent us contributions.
One of our main concerns is sustainability. Global warming plays a big role in our field. We don’t know how much longer we will be able to enjoy our sport without promt change. Which is why we plan to support events or productions to spotlight awareness on this topic. We aim for contributions from agencies such as POW (Protectourwinters switzerland) and myclimate, because it is important to us to compensate the CO2 emissions of the production of our magazine.

Why do we search for financial support?
In order to carry out our projects, we rely on support to cover the costs. Our first magazine expenses are for project coordination, administration, research, concept and design, printing, binding, font licenses, compensation (myclimate) and a vernissage.
Our vernissage will take place on 2. December at doodah in Bern.
We are excited for your support!
