What is it about?
I am bringing the power of the Moroccan sun directly to you. In Ourtzagh, near the historic city of Fès, I am currently preparing everything for my first major harvest. Here, I am building an organic manufactory for medicinal plants, teas, and hydrolats, produced according to the highest ecological standards.
The heart of my project is the connection between traditional agriculture and modern quality. To ensure the success of this first harvest, I rely on the expertise of ten women from the village. They are the specialists who tend my fields and process the plants with care. Through a flexible 50% work model, I ensure that top craftsmanship goes hand in hand with the local social fabric.
In collaboration with the National Agency for Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, I combine deep natural knowledge with scientific precision. I am currently preparing for certification under the EU Organic Regulation (2018/848) to ensure that your teas and oils meet the highest European standards.
Economic viability with foresight: Interest is already high—Swiss tea producers are ready to purchase my products after certification. For me, your support is the starting signal, so that after three years, my project will be completely self-sustaining through the sale of these high-quality harvests.
What makes my project special
This project is a concrete action, an attempt to work with what is available. You are not supporting an anonymous project, nor are you just receiving some product. YOU become part of a community that shows that first-class organic quality and fair local conditions belong together inseparably. The project is rooted in a special piece of land in Ourtzagh, a small village where the natural rhythm of nature sets the pace. Your contribution helps me to utilize the fertility of the soil at the Al Wahda Dam. By supporting me, you are building a bridge between sustainable consumption in Europe and ecological development in Morocco.

This is why I need your support
To turn the vision of the first harvest into reality, I need a solid technical foundation. With the goal of 15,000 CHF, I will finance the necessary infrastructure for Stage 1:
Agricultural equipment: A small tractor and tools for careful, organic soil cultivation.
Professional drying: Construction of a drying facility to preserve the active ingredients and aromas of my medicinal plants immediately after the harvest.
Logistics & Mobility: A project van for the daily transport of my team to the fields and the safe transport of the harvested goods.
Start-up phase: I am securing wages for the first three months of the development and harvest phase to guarantee stable operations for my manufactory.
