We don't have the Spain you probably imagine. With us it is green and looks like in the Appenzellerland - only rougher. The land here is not yet used as much as in Switzerland, Austria or Germany. I have created a retreat for wild animals on our land. There are many deer, wild boars, badgers, foxes and birds.

With a bird house you offer a breeding place to the numerous wild birds. As a thank you you will receive a photo of the location of your nesting box incl. Linkedin contribution.

Fresh Up Female Leadershipä
Here I address women in particular, because I simply put myself in your position particularly well and my own experiences flow into it.

You want to develop or refresh your leadership skills? Then I have the right content for you.

You can work through the topics online at your own pace and have 4 x 30 minutes of coaching included.

Content:
- You as a leader (human image, self-image, reflection, image of women, role as a woman, role as a mommy...)
- Tools for leaders (methods, frameworks, ...)
- Leading groups (motivation, conflicts, coaching, learning, ...)

1 week pure workä
One week of pure work. I provide you with a mega breakfast in the morning and leave you alone for the rest of the day. If you wish, there will be additional meals or you can take care of yourself in the kitchen.

Trainer Retreatä
This retreat is aimed at vocational trainers and teachers. You spend a week intensively working on your leadership and teaching skills.

I especially encourage women to participate - even with a child.

You will have 2 days free to experience the great nature of Cantabria.

Schedule:
- Mega-breakfast
- 4 hours per day working on your role (leadership, standing, clarity, taking responsibility, psychological safety, communication skills, methodology and didactics, your own topics)
- approx. 3 hours per day you can work on your own projects in the Workation Space
- further activities (e.g. campfire, urban gardening, systemic coaching etc.)
- if you wish you can eat together
