You are invited on a 1hr ’mindful walks’ with me, Anita, where the focus will be on mindful movement and being. She will support you with tools from her Burnout Prophylaxe Training & help you to be fully present in your surroundings and in yourself.

«Intuitive Solutions» Gameä
I (Ellie) would feel honoured to facilitate an «Intuitive Solutions» game for a group of 3-4 people. This game invites you to look at serious life topics in a playful manner and you are supported in intuitively finding solutions through prompt- & angel-cards. Some typical examples for topics to investigate with this game include: «How can I improve my love-life?»
«What is the purpose of my life?»
«How do I become financially stable?»
Game location can be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Breath Therapy Workshopä
We are running a 1-day breath workshop on the farm.

Breath is one our natural and most effective tools for awareness.

You are invited to join this workshop, where we will learn simple and easy breathing techniques, which are ideal for integrating into your everyday life to help support your awareness and to live in the moment.

At the age of 26 I suffered a hefty burnout from my corporate job in London, so decided to give my life an overhaul and move to Switzerland in search for a healthier way of living. A mutual friend put me in touch with Anita – she thought her tranquil farm would do me good. Here I love to spend time in the forest, sit down by the stream and enjoying the mountain views.

In der 4. Generation der Brunner Familie bewirtschafte ich den Hof. 1994 habe ich auf Biolandbau umgestellt. Eins meiner größten Leidenschaften sind meine Hütehunde. Nach meiner eigenen Erfahrung mit Burnout, biete ich nun mit einer Herberge die Möglichkeit, dass Bedürftige hier in der Natur Energie tanken können. Seit willkommen!
