This is what it's all about.
Tatajuba is a poor fishermen village and one of the best kitesurfing destinations in the world. We want to help the children in Tatajuba for better opportunities, which are close, but yet so far away for them. Most important is to hire a teacher to give the kids basic education in english and math. We want to fund the annual cost for a teacher / project manager who stays in Tatajuba. For the forthcoming years we aim that our local donation activities will collect the neccessary sallary for the teacher.
Learning English is the key to get access to jobs in the toursim industry.

My project is special because ...
The children are just a 5 min walk away from job opportunities which would grant them and their families a better life in the future. Once we have created the foundation with regular lessons, we will be able to build on this and create further porgrammes. The local kiteschools provide already lessons for free so that the children get access to global culture.
Gleisson is the founder of SoulTatajuba. He wants to give the same opportunities as he had. 
Besides the tourism, there are not much options for the children besides hanging out.

This is what I need backing for.
We will hire a teacher and rent a house for a year so that the teacher can give regular classes. We have tried to do this on voluntary basis but this is not sustainable as teacher drop of and everything has to start again. We need someone dedicated for a longer period following a proper education programme that we can build on. To initiate this i am asking for your support to kick of the first season.
