Having ADHD myself, I understand the challenges that come with this disorder. Having seen countless doctors and psychologists (who were not really helpful), I have created my own «plan» over the years that works very well for me.

I was diagnosed with ADHD and have therefore had a lot of personal experience. Now I would like to complete this experience with professional training to effectively support people with ADHD.

It is my dream to help others with ADHD and becoming certified as an ADHD coach is the next step in my journey to do just that.
