Dear supporters,

Our mission was a success — and it was only possible with your help.

Thanks to your support, we were able to finance essential parts of our PsyCare mission at Burning Mountain Festival. From Tuesday, 18 June 2026, 15:00 until Monday, 29 June 2026, 13:00 (so around 260 hours), a total of 39 PsyCare volunteers were present on the festival grounds almost around the clock.

Our team supported people through educational work, an open ear, prevention, and psychological emergency management. In total, there were around 50 cases in which our team provided longer-term support. In many of these cases, we were able to accompany and stabilize people directly on site, so that they did not have to be referred to the medical team.

Just as important, however, was the quiet preventive work: free water, tea, fruit, a safe space, conversations, orientation, calm, and above all a compassionate attitude towards people in challenging moments. Much of what was prevented or caught early through this work cannot be expressed in numbers.

Without you, this would not have been possible. Your support directly contributed to our ability to be present on site, to help, and to de-escalate difficult situations. We are deeply grateful for that.

What happens next?

You will receive your goodies towards the end of the summer. Everyone receiving a T-shirt or hoodie will get a separate email from us so that we can collect the correct sizes.

We will therefore be in touch again and will keep you updated about the shipping.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making this work possible.

Your ALPS PsyCare Team
