We are Daniela and Benjamin Germann. For years, we have lovingly cultivated hospitality in our home and offered our guests an ambiance in which enjoyment, cozy get-togethers, and pure relaxation are at the forefront. Therefore, we are excited that one of our biggest dreams can come true. Under the name «Benela’s Coffee and Wine Bar,» we founded our limited company on 09.04.2023 and are now renovating and furnishing the premises.
Benela’s is a coffee and wine bar for lots of enjoyment, with good products and people at the center - where relaxation, inspiration, creativity, and appreciation can be experienced and felt. Here we want to celebrate, discover new things, cultivate friendships, and let good things flourish. With our size and ideal location, we fit in well in Gümligen and expand the gastronomic offer in our village. Through our openness to new ideas and the inclusion of people with their skills, we hope to be an oasis for culinary and other needs.

Our main service is to enjoy high-quality, tasty, and unique coffee. We also offer wines from different regions and complete the taste experience with a suitable side dish such as delicious cheese or meat platters or for those with a sweet tooth, a pastry or a dessert.
To highlight the beauty and finesse of the products, we regularly celebrate a grape or a coffee bean with a special occasion: we not only dedicate ourselves to the region of origin in culinary terms but also design the ambiance accordingly and offer the appropriate wine or coffee accompaniments and snacks.
People should feel comfortable and welcome here, and we want to fill the rooms with real life, with everything that goes with it. A place where you can relax, enjoy, meet, and just be.

We need your support to complete the interior: Food processors, tapping equipment, beer taps, a fermentation box, etc. When purchasing, we pay attention to good quality and that the production is fair and environmentally friendly, as far as we can trace.
If we reach the donation goal, with an additional goal, we can even set up a cozy terrace with plants and a pellet grill and manage the surrounding area sensibly.
