César Manrique war ein international anerkannter Künstler, Maler, Bildhauer und Umweltschützer. Er verstarb am 26. September 1992 durch einen tragischen Unfall. Wir waren befreundet und hatten mehrere Begegnungen auf den Kanarischen Inseln, in Madrid und in Berlin. Eine Ausstellung bisher unveröffentlichter Fotografien
