I suppose I like both but that’s okay isn’t it that's okay?
John doesn’t know who he is. All he knows is that he has to distance himself from his toxic relationship with his long time boyfriend, M. When he meets W, he finds himself being sexually attracted to a woman for the very first time. The ensuing love triangle pulls and confuses John beyond all measure. «I suppose I like both but that’s okay isn’t it that’s okay?» Who is John? What is he? And what will his decision be?
Mike Bartlett’s sharp, witty, sometimes tragic, oftentimes comic play has been captivating and intriguing audiences across the English speaking world for over a decade. The actors are metaphorically laid bare on stage. Having no props or set to rely on, the intense comedic drama and inner turmoil of the characters becomes the sole focus of this brilliantly written piece of theatre… perfectly capturing one side of the sexual Zeitgeist.

Just over a year ago, Steven and I sat down together after a great acting class in Vienna. We’d known each other for roughly 10 years by that point and we’ve always shared the same vision of how great theatre should be done. With a sudden spark in his eyes, he looked at me and said «I just thought of this great British play that you’d be perfect for! I always wanted to direct it.» He told me all about «COCK», and by the end of the night… I was enthralled!
From that moment I knew we had to make this happen and now, a year later, I am very proud to say, we found the perfect cast and the perfect place for this magnificent play.
Only one thing is missing. And that’s where you come in.
