Salt used to be mined in the lagoon behind the village. Today, only a few locals still «harvest» the salt. We will send you a small bag of the hand-picked salt back to Switzerland.

El Cuyo on your key ring: We thank you with a handmade keyring made from recycled local wood. The mini kiteboard is handmade. We can personalise it with your name or an engraving of your choice.

Your Drink on the Menu
Make your favorite drink a bit famous! Your personal signature drink will become the «Cóctel del Día» at the popular Can Cocal restaurant. Over the next few months, your drink will appear regularly on the bar's specials menu. You decide whether the bartender creates a new drink (which you name) or whether you tell us your recipe.

I came to El Cuyo in 2023 - and fell in love. El Cuyo is a village with sincere people and impressive nature. I want to help keep it that way. The composting project is an important start - an overdue start towards more environmental awareness and protection.
