This is what it's all about.

We want to acquire this property near the party mile on the island of Pag in Coratia. We will then rent this property as a vacation home. Croatia is experiencing a huge boom at the moment and we are extremely motivated to carry out this project.

My project is special because ...

We are 2 Swiss, 21 years old (half Croat) and 41 years old (Swiss) and we want to buy this house on the island of Pag, very close to the party mile and then renovate. Part of the money we need together, but we still miss the rest especially for the renovation of the house and the turnaround. If the house is renovated, no later than March 2019, we want to rent wes as a holiday home, We are highly motivated and will invest a lot of time in the renovation. We ask for your support so that we can realize our dream. Croatia is a holiday destination that attracts more and more tourists and we want to gain a foothold in this business and make our ideas a perfect vacation home

This is what I need backing for.

We need this money to bring together the last 10000 for the purchase of the house and we need the 15000 for material to renovate the house. We will renovate this house ourselves. Our circle of acquaintances is big enough to handle tricky things without expensive craftsmen.
