Diagnose with a cerebral imbalance, the digestion of emotion is not naturally fluid. This leads me to have daily chronic pains.

This became a blessing, as it pushed me to travel the world for 20 years in search of natural solutions.

Insideout Studio: Emotion in Motion is the fruit of this search, exploration and teachings.

My approach is holistic: Body, Mind, and Emotions have to be seen as one.
