Als musikalische Leiter der Brassweek und der Musikschule Oberengadin liegen Anton Ludwig Wilhalm und Prof. Jan Schultsz (Musikhochschule Basel) die Förderung junger Talente sehr am Herzen. Beim Meisterkurs für Blechbläserinnen und Blechbläser haben junge Talente die Möglichkeit mit hervorragenden internationalen Dozenten zu arbeiten und sich auf wichtige Prüfungen oder Probespiele vorzubereiten.
