Global politics is driving up construction costs – We need your help
Shahiza and Ilzat’s family, along with their three children, helped build the hotel 20 years ago. In recent years, the bathrooms were renovated and the hotel underwent a comprehensive refurbishment. The expansion with an additional floor was carefully planned, with funding secured through their own resources and loans from partners.
The current geopolitical situation has significantly driven up construction material costs. They’re short by 10% of the liquid funds needed to complete the final phase without delays. That’s why Shahiza and Ilzat need your support.
